宋全厚教授是我國(guó)食品安全檢測(cè)技術(shù)研究領(lǐng)域著名專家,他長(zhǎng)期關(guān)注國(guó)家食品安全工作發(fā)展動(dòng)態(tài),以行業(yè)中共性、關(guān)鍵性技術(shù)為研究目標(biāo),在國(guó)家食品市場(chǎng)準(zhǔn)入實(shí)施細(xì)則的起草、國(guó)家食品風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)警及重大食品安全事件等應(yīng)急處理方案的制定、食品安全前瞻性技術(shù)研究、食品加工過(guò)程實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化技術(shù)的研究開發(fā)等方面均取得一系列成果,所主持完成的課題成果均應(yīng)用到我國(guó)食品安全監(jiān)管和食品行業(yè)的生產(chǎn)中,并獲得多項(xiàng)國(guó)家及省、部級(jí)科技進(jìn)步獎(jiǎng)。

宋全厚教授近十年來(lái)致力于食品安全檢測(cè)領(lǐng)域理論和應(yīng)用技術(shù)研究,主持完成了國(guó)家科技部基礎(chǔ)研究項(xiàng)目“分析測(cè)試體系平臺(tái)建立—食品分析測(cè)試方法的篩選工作”、科技部國(guó)產(chǎn)儀器設(shè)備技術(shù)改造項(xiàng)目“食品質(zhì)量控制專用氣相色譜儀及填充柱的功能擴(kuò)展、創(chuàng)新及升級(jí)改造”、科技部院所基金項(xiàng)目“食品加工過(guò)程快速監(jiān)控技術(shù)研發(fā)及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化”、科技部院所基金項(xiàng)目“天然活性因子高效分離與微生物快速檢測(cè)技術(shù)開發(fā)”項(xiàng)目中微生物快速檢測(cè)技術(shù)開發(fā)課題等工作,這對(duì)我國(guó)食品安全檢測(cè)體系技術(shù)平臺(tái)的建立、具有自主知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的國(guó)產(chǎn)儀器設(shè)備的研制、食品加工過(guò)程質(zhì)量控制技術(shù)的研究和集成應(yīng)用等方面提供了有力的技術(shù)支撐。

作為國(guó)家質(zhì)檢總局市場(chǎng)準(zhǔn)入飲料食品專業(yè)技術(shù)委員會(huì)主任委員,參加國(guó)家食品質(zhì)量安全市場(chǎng)準(zhǔn)入審查通則、細(xì)則的討論起草工作,負(fù)責(zé)編寫了約6萬(wàn)字的飲料部分細(xì)則以及宣貫說(shuō)明,《食品質(zhì)量安全市場(chǎng)準(zhǔn)入審查細(xì)則匯編》一書,2005年由中國(guó)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)出版社出版,對(duì)我國(guó)飲料行業(yè)市場(chǎng)準(zhǔn)入工作的有效實(shí)施具有重要的指導(dǎo)意義。此外,宋全厚教授在核心期刊和會(huì)議文集上發(fā)表了數(shù)十篇論文。

Professor Song Quanhou is famous in the field of food safety monitoring technoloogy, who keeps working long been concerned abort developments of national food safety. His researches aim at the common and key technology in food industries, and acquired a series of achievement in the field of drafting detailed rules for implementation of the National Food Market Access, developing treatment scheme abort the Risk Early Warning and Food safety incidents and other emergency responce, researching on the forward-looking technology, standardization of real-time monitoring technology during food processing. His research results were applied in the production of food industries. He had abundant experience in industrialization of scientific and technological achievements, and he had gained many scientific and technological progress awards at the ministerial level and provincial level.

As an academic scientist, Professor Song Quanhou committed over the past decade on testing theory and applied technology in the field of food safety, presided over the completion Basic Research Project of the Ministry of Science and Technology "The building of Analysis and Testing System platform-the screening of Food analysis and testing methods", Ministry of Science and Technology projects of domestic equipment" the Expansion innovation and upgrading of Private food quality control and gas chromatograph function " , Foundation of Science and Technology institutions "the development and standardization of Rapid monitoring of food processing technology ", Ministry of Science and institutes Fund "technology development on the separation of effective natural active factor and rapid detection of microbial ", etc., which provide strong technical support on the area about establishing food safety inspection system , developing of domestic equipment with indepen- dent intellectual property rights and the integration of applications of food processing quality control technology control technology and integration.

As the member of beverage & food professional and technical committee of Market access for the State Administration of Quality Supervision, Professor Song Quanhou participate in the national review of food quality and safety market access General, discussing the drafting of rules.Besides, he was responsible for the preparation of a book about 6 million words, "Compilation of reviewing market access rules on food quality and safety ", published by the Standards Press of China in 2005, which has important guiding significance to the effective implementation of the work on China's beverage industry market access.
